Big transformation for this beach area family, tur

Big transformation for this beach area family, turning these two connected spaces that were low on function, seating and storage in to spaces they can enjoy as a family! A never used dining room was transformed in to a soothing sitting area for reading, entertaining and relaxing. We packed their family room with tons of seating options and custom designed built ins to both frame the space and give these homeowners much needed storage and an area for display. So many special touches, including custom barn doors to give privacy when desired. We loved bringing this one to life!

We are looking for a self-starter – someone that loves design, isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves, pitching in and getting dirty! Must have a buttoned up and professional approach to business, with a FUN and easy-going attitude!

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Autocad an absolute requirement, Sketch up proficiency very much preferred
• Ability to prepare floor plans, elevations and furnishing plans
• Ability to take detailed measurements
• Must be able to read & understand architectural plans
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
• 30 hours a week minimum - flexibility is an absolute must and retail experience is a bonus
• Must have your own vehicle and valid driver's license
• Punctual and professional
• Excellent time management and highly detail-oriented
• Ability to interface with clients and vendors, sub-contractors, etc.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to…
• Presentation development and site visits
• Researching products, arranging quotes, developing budgets
• Preparing logistics for Client installs
• Maintain and manage samples, pickups & deliveries
• Placing, tracking and managing client orders
• General organization and upkeep of design library
• Work certain hours at retail storefront as needed
